Abstract

For various reasons at each stage of the creation of the reservoir simulation model, errors may occur. As a result it leads to the deterioration in the quality of the model and decrease its forecast abilities. The article describes typical errors that occur during the transition from the geological model to the simulation model, and also gives recommendations for identifying and correcting such errors.
