Abstract

This article is devoted actual nowadays problem of finding missed oil pool in producing well stock. From the analysis author is developed algorithm of finding subject, which resources were not on balance, result-based (algorithm is based on) obtained from systematization depending of geographic location fields of Slavneft-Megionneftegas, and depth the coal seam. In the result selected groups of subjects for activities validation theirs oil saturation, testing program was developed. In the result of first test strike oil were obtained, which resources were not on balance. This fact led to work of oil resources accounting, register it on balance, and develop a new pilot project of exploitation.

Abstract

IThere are some of standard search techniques for edge detection on seismic data, but most of them doesn't have enough accuracy. At one of the fields of Slavneft-Megionneftegas JSC standard techniques not allowed to create an accurate tectonic model, were required to connect additional analysis tools to improve the accuracy of prediction of different levels of oil-water contact. One solution was the use of the Sobel filter.

Abstract

The Bazhenov formation is one of the most promising objects for maintenance and increase of oil production in Russian today. Great attention is paid to instruments of modeling that allow localizing sweet spots for production. The article presents approaches of creating 3D geological model of the Bazhenov formation. Modeling is based on a large amount of factual material, including laboratory studies of core samples, well logs and seismic surveys. Particular attention is paid to the geological concept, which takes a leading role in the modeling process. There are two objects which conclude the largest amount of mobile oil. One of them is represented by siliceous rocks with a primary organic structure. The other one is siliceous-carbonate and phosphate concretions. Areal extent of siliceous rocks is controlled by sediment factors. Siliceous-carbonate and phosphate concretions confined to fault zones. Creating 3D geological model of the Bazhenov formation was made possible by analyzing the vertical and lateral inhomogeneity of unconventional reservoir.

Abstract

The seismo-geological model building methodology of achimovsky deposits has been presented in Upper Salym field. The job is done based on 3D seismic and geological model complexing with the using sedimentological, core and log interpretation. At a later stage this model was used for reservoir properties modeling.

Abstract

The paper presents methodological solution to the problem of studying petrophysical reservoir properties salinization clastic rocks. The proposed approaches are based on the results of the special experimental studies of rocks and analyze log curves. The possibility of solving a different composition of log. The efficiency of the log data.

Abstract

At this time, in the oil and gas industry, there needs search of new areas of exploration work in order to expand the resource base and the exploitative drilling. Currently, the classic, in terms of geology, reservoir develop a resource - water cut growth, effectiveness of the new drilling falls. On an example of deposits of Slavneft-Megionneftegas to search for promising areas initiated the project of conceptual modeling of geological formations group J1 to 8 license areas, including the data of 9 fields.

Abstract

Salym Petroleum Development is implementing a low permeability waterflood pilot in the West Salym field with the objective to de-risk the development of hard-to-recover Achimov reserves. The waterflood pilot pattern consists of vertical water injector wells stimulated with single fractures and horizontal oil producer wells with multiple fractures. In this article we present a comprehensive horizontal well placement approach which comprises the following key elements: Interpretation of 3D seismic and the use of logs of nearby wells and a 3D static model for well trajectory planning; following a pre-agreed geosteering procedure while drilling, on-site analysis of cuttings and LWD data to adjust the well trajectory and, thereby, optimize well placement.

DEVELOPMENT AND OPERATION OF OIL FIELDS

Abstract

The article deals with methodical approach based on the integrated use of results of laboratory and theoretical studies to reproduce the properties of saturated reservoir oil, which is in thermodynamic equilibrium with the existing gas cap. Results are illustrated on the example of oil reservoir PK1-3 of Vostochno-Messoyakhskoye field. It is confirmed that in the case of partially degassed (nonrepresentative) downhole sample of reservoir hydrocarbon fluid it can be restored by modeling the process of reverse degassing in the reservoir conditions. The described methodological approach is recommended for use in the calculation of reserves and designing the development of two-phase deposits.

Abstract

This article considers the ways of improving the cyclic flooding effectiveness, analyzes the influence of the changes made to the standard implementation scheme. In order to increase the formation coverage by the nonstationary impact, the opportunity of high water cut production wells nonstationary operation in reversed phase with periodic operation of injection wells is investigated.

Abstract

Analysis of running projects shows a significant deviation in time and budget with respect to planned resources due to various factors, which are expressed in: an aggressive evaluation, excessive optimism and the human factor. The author proposes an algorithm of multi-parameter optimization (optimal and sustainable solution) of development system based on exhaustive search of geological parameters and technological solutions which allows: to choose the development system, perform an objective evaluation of the oil profile production, create targeted research program and to assess the impact of pilot project results on oil production profile. The algorithm is universal and does not require special resources for use in other projects or oil and gas fields. Results of the study could be widely used: with an increase of development system density increases the optimal length
of the well, as well as the use of tax benefits to maximize oil recovery, decompression development system increases the optimum angle of development system to maximum stress, while maintaining the maximum level of project NPV (RF account as a criterion for optimization reduces the value of the asset)

EQUIPMENT AND TECHNOLOGY OF OIL PRODUCTION

Abstract

According to various estimations, 20-25 % of the world energy consumption accounts for pump equipment. In some industries, this value reaches 50 % or more. The problem of energy saving is becoming increasingly important as for global situation as for individual businesses. Gazpromneft-Vostok – is not an exception. This problem is particularly relevant for Southwest part of Krapivinskoe oilfield, due to the limited associated gas production. The company is forced to buy associated petroleum gas and diesel fuel. In this regard, the aim of the project is to select the most effective way to reduce energy consumption at oil transport process considering capital expenditures. The method proposed to use - a new approach for electric pumps frequency regulation. The project provides practical application the minimum pump speed reduction at constant parameters of the network. The application of this method will provide the electricity consumption reduction and decrease the money spending at company’s oilfields and other companies.
