Abstract
Results of applying of nonlinear AVAZ inversion optimization algorithm to data from 3D wide-azimuth seismic survey in the Republic of Serbia are presented. The algorithm is based on exact reflection coefficients formulas for PP reflection from anisotropic medium. We compare it with a conventional algorithm based on Ruger linear approximation of P-wave reflection from a boundary between isotropic and anisotropic (HTI) media. Maps of fracture orientation and anisotropy degree are more detailed in the case of using AVAZ inversion based on exact formulas. The results are in general accordance with the FMI well data, which indicates reliable performance of the algorithm.

Abstract
The article considers the factors that affect the spectral characteristics of acoustic noise recorded in active horizontal wells during logging. Based on the results of physical experiments performed on well models, the presence of resonance phenomena in the acoustic volume of the wellbore, the influence of the location of sensor and the tool body on the measurement result under identical conditions, the need to calibrate downhole tools for bringing their characteristics to a single scale are shown.

Abstract
The article considers the possibility of automation of one of the stages of seismic data interpretation – horizons depth prediction. All possible methods for a given model are clearly represented in the form of a graph. The prediction of depths reflecting horizons by various methods is implemented in Wolfram Mathematica. The efficiency of automation is shown in the synthetic example.
DEVELOPMENT AND OPERATION OF OIL FIELDS

Abstract
А method for monitoring wells productivity index dynamics from the moment of its start-ups is proposed. It allows detecting candidates for conducting well tests (WT) and well interventions for the increase of a daily production. The method is based on an integral analysis using pressure maps and well tests. Application of this method on the Salym group of oilfields has allowed concluding about wells stock status, about productivity index dynamics in time, also to make an assumption about the reasons for its change. The analysis showed that productivity index relative changes in horizontal wells lower than in slanted wells.

Abstract
This article explores influence of effect of phase segregation in the listing tubes on results of interpretation the build-up. Phase segregation distorts the actual bottomhole pressure at the start of the well test. Using prior information about the properties of the object: the ratio of the initial and final coefficients of the wellbore storage and skin allow optimize of interpretation the build-up pressure with the effect of phase segregation in the listing tubes

Abstract
The article describes the automation of the production forecast calculation method for producing wells. Calculation for each well based on monthly production report data and current residual recoverable reserves. The Arps curve and the Corey function are used to approximate the actual production curves. Comparative analysis of actual data with retro-forecast data showed high accuracy with a short calculation time.

Abstract
The possibilities of using distributed remote optical fiber-optic acoustic DAS cable-sensors for horizontal production wells for the purpose of directional seismic-acoustic profiling of sections in the inter-well space had been studied. For the first time, a seismic reaction to the shutdown of neighboring production wells had been recorded using stationary permanent fiber-optic monitoring systems. The conditions for the successful implementation of seismicacoustic crosswell sounding on the developed oil deposits had been determined.

Abstract
The article presents the experience of implementation of the oil deposit development project for U1 reservoirs of the Zapadno-Tarkosalinsky oil and gas condensate field. Key features of geological structure and development parameters are considered, also the main problems and ways of their solution are revealed, as well as the obtained results of geological and hydrodynamic modeling and adaptation of models are presented.
DESIGN OF OIL FIELDS DEVELOPMENT

Abstract
This paper validates and establishes the concept that the optimality of the decision on the timing of exploration, development and production stages for each field, as well as the performance of the combined transport infrastructure, may depend on the results of a specific scenario at one of the objects under consideration, as exemplified by three individual fields at different stages of development and with individual production and economic parameters. Nevertheless, by varying the values of the required parameters (e.g., shipping terminal capacity), we can determine their values that will result in maximizing expected profit from the project in any of the possible scenarios. The models and methods developed within this research represent a systemic approach to resolving the issue, and can be applied to developing the optimal strategy for additional study and development of the cluster of neighboring fields.

Abstract
The existing and prospective methods of storage of liquid hydrocarbons for offshore hydrocarbon deposits development both in the Russian Federation and abroad are considered. The conducted analysis showed extremely limited use of separately located underwater storage facilities and very significant advantages when using them as part of subsea hydrocarbon production systems. The real feasibility of them for the Russian Federation is presented.
DIGITAL TECHNOLOGIES

Abstract
The article addresses application of digital technologies in inspection activities. The article describes the scope of use of advanced technologies in practical inspection activities demonstrating a high degree of digitalization and wide range of inspection tasks. Opportunities, restrictions and risks of use of digital systems are analyzed. The article also clarifies unacceptability of “total digitalization” of inspection activities and infeasibility of inspectors’ replacement with digital systems without involvement of qualified personnel.

Abstract
Large companies can use the analysis of employees’ digital trace data to increase the efficiency and objectivity of business processes of assessment of employee competencies. New technologies allow to accumulate data on the activities of employees related to their work performance in the information systems of companies. The results of employees training, protocols of their interaction on professional issues, the results of recruiting procedures form their digital footprints and can be used to regularly assess their professional growth. A significant problem in applying the idea of using digital footprints to assessing competencies is the choice of assessment metrics. At present, there are no described methods of using digital footprints of personnel. The objective of the work is to describe the case of using the digital footprints to assess the level of professional competencies of data science specialists from Gazprom Neft and describe the approach to assessing the professional competencies of employees using their digital data. Gazprom Neft has chosen as the assessment metric the level of competence employee development, which is determined through a set of “activities” of employees confirmed by digital artifacts, information about which is entered into the information system. The method for assessing the professional competencies of employees described in the article, was used as the basis for an approach to assessing competencies using digital data. This approach makes it possible to increase the efficiency of business processes in HR and can be used in companies of various industries and scales. The key advantages of the approach are its universality and objectivity. The results of the research can be used in companies that use a competency-based approach to the assessment of professional competencies of personnel, and form the first step in the development of the theory and practice of using digital traces of employees in company’s management.

Abstract
The new vector of the energy policy of the Russian Federation, aimed at the development of non-resource exports, was supported in 2020 by the adoption of key federal laws that stimulate gas processing (ethane and LPG) and business activities in the Arctic zone of the Russian Federation. These changes are an incentive for the implementation of innovative projects with an expanded technological chain with the production of products with high added value. Arctic gas condensate fields in the Russian Federation are acquiring additional potential to significantly increase the value and monetize large-scale reserves, most of which are located in the YamaloNenets Autonomous District. Global trends confirm the relevance of the gas chemical direction – with the growth of global consumption, the need for final polymer products will increase, and with the new environmentally friendly energy transition, the share of gas will increase. The article presents a comprehensive analysis of trends in the development of the world market of gas and gas chemical products, the hydrocarbon resource base of the Russian Federation and changes in legislation. It is concluded that the enterprises of the Russian Federation have advantages for the implementation of gas chemical projects in the medium and long term in 2022-2030, especially in the Arctic zone of the Russian Federation.

Abstract
The article proposes an algorithm for analyzing the development scheme and the gathering system for oil fields at a late stage of development in order to increase their investment attractiveness. The algorithm is carried out in several stages and is based on the use of the theory of fuzzy sets, which allows us to consider the field as a kind of fuzzy set and break down individual aspects of its operation into subsets.
